Returns Pollicy

We don’t want you to just feel comfortable with your awesome PiMP® bean bags, we wanna make you feel damn safe that your hard-earned money is invested well in quality. So don’t worry guys and gals! Not only do our bean bags kick serious ass – in the rare case that you find any default or weird stuff with our product – we’ll give you guys a 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. So make sure you take a good look at your beautiful PiMP® covers after they arrive and don’t stash them in he bedroom wardrobe in the satchel bag.

So what does that all mean in legal geek terms?

If within 7 days of receipt you are just not satisfied with your PiMP® order, you are entitled to an identical replacement (if in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all delivery costs) providing the goods have not been used. Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first contacted us within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless our warehouse dudes have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. I’m sure you’ll agree that’s more than reasonable. For faulty goods, please note our warehouse guys individually check all returns and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self-damage, then a refund can’t be given. So the best idea is to contact us and show us before sending the stuff back.

If you reckon your product is faulty for any reason, please give us a bell immediately to discuss. You will be entitled to a full cashola refund if the goods are damaged, faulty or there is something dodgy in the manufacture. Photos pinpointing the problem are a brilliant help if you can provide them …. even if you happy-snap them on your phone and send them over to us. We’re reasonable people here @ PiMP headquarters and we’re on your side to make sure you get what you pay for!  If we all agree as faulty, please follow our delivery process below:
For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that go walkabout and fail to reach us.
